Fasting ends on February 2. Fast according to your capacity. You can go 3 full days without food and water, 3 days with water, or eating lightly once a day for the 3 days.

- Give quality thanks to the Lord for sustaining you through the month of January. Thank him for his mercies, provision, protection and kindness.
- Spend quality time ministering to the Lord in worship.
- 1Th 5:23 May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Ask the Lord to search you through and through and sanctify you wholly. Pray that his fire will burn everything in your life that is contrary to his nature. Offer yourself (spirit, soul and body) in true humility and sincerity to God as living sacrice. - Phi 3:10 I want to know Christ and the power of his resurrection and the fellowship of sharing in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death.
Pray for deeper encounters of revelations with God, that you may have experiential knowledge of Him. Pray for the tangible workings of his resurrection power in your life to turn any weak, dead or hopeless situation in your life around. - Mal 4:1 “Surely the day is coming; it will burn like a furnace. All the arrogant and every evildoer will be stubble, and that day that is coming will set them on fire,” says the LORD Almighty. “Not a root or a branch will be left to them.
Mal 4:2 But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings. And you will go out and leap like calves released from the stall Mal 4:3 Then you will trample down the wicked; they will be ashes under the soles of your feet on the day when I do these things,” says the LORD Almighty
As the whole world is reeling under the pain of covid 19 pandemic, claim this promise and declare your exemption from the health and economic heat of the virus. Pray that in the month of February, the Sun of Righteousness would rise upon you with healing in his wings to exempt you from the troubles raging throughout the world. - Isa 60:1 “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you.
Isa 60:2 See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the LORD rises upon you and his glory appears over you.
Declare that your season of rising and shining is now. Pray that your light and shining this February shall break forth as the dawn. Declare every obscurity that blocked your rising and shining dispelled by the superior light of God. You shall shine iñ every good work. Receive the glory of God to manifest in your life. - Gen 7:11 In the six hundredth year of Noah’s life, on the seventeenth day of the second month–on that day all the springs of the great deep burst forth, and the floodgates of the heavens were opened.
Mal 3:10 Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the LORD Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it.
Pray that as it happened with Noah in the second month and the floodgates of heaven was opened, this February the floodgates of heaven shall be opened to pour overflowing blessings on your life as a result of your obedience of faith in tithing. - Isa 58:6 “Is not this the kind of fasting I have chosen: to loose the chains of injustice and untie the cords of the yoke, to set the oppressed free and break every yoke?
Lift your voice against every yoke, injustice and oppression on the enemy in your life and family. - Thank the Lord for his goodness and worship him in the name of the Lord Jesus. Hallelujah.
