God laid on the heart of some alumni of Okomfo Anokye Senior High to organize their colleagues for camp meetings. Their maiden camp meeting was on 28-30 of December, 2015. They contacted us and requested that we join them.
Coincidentally the period was our usual time of camping on the Atwea Mouuntains. We were glad to meet them. We took them into the depths of God’s word and prayed with them. It was a time of impartation and strengthening for them.
They organized their second camp meeting in 2016 around the same time in December. Following their encounter with us in 2015, they were expectant. They came with the theme “MY ENCOUNTER WITH GOD”. Indeed, they had an encounter with God. The revelation we gave them from the word of God was penetrating and uplifting. The second day was more awesome. We discussed spiritual truths with them and the spirit of God took over with ministrations through the word which stirred faith in their hearts and charged the atmosphere with prayer and faith proclamations. The session gave participants the opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification on issues of the faith. OH! How blessed the meeting was! We were glad to be part of their meeting and urged them to continue in that grace.
